One possibility is to set the following css:
.comments ol { list-style-type: none; }

Where do I set the css when there is no css file used?
The only one I find is in comment-guestbook\admin\css

You can e.g. add it in the css file of your theme. Some themes also provide a possibility to set custom css rules in their options.

Put it inside Comment Guestbook Settings “comment html code”

ol { list-style-type: none; }
</style>
