Posts appearing in backwards order

I’m having some trouble getting my posts to appear newest at the top of the blog roll, and oldest at the bottom.

I did some searching around, and i’ve only really found people asking how to reverse the order of posts, but i don’t know what i have done for it to change from it’s original settings.

Does anybody have any clue on where I am going wrong?
