I don’t know which template to use. I tried each template and none did the job.

just create a normal page entitled “blog” or whatever – it will use the page.php template

I must be ding something wrong.

I set a static home page. That works.

I set the ‘posts page’ to ‘Blog”
However, no posts appear on this page.
I deleted all entries on that page and it is blank. But, no posts appear on it.

I assume you created a Page and set that to be static
I assume you created an “empty” page titled “Blog”
I assume you set this to be the blog page

I’ve never had this fail to work
