Posts, and social media

Hello again,
this is a lovely theme thank you for that.
I have a question;
when i enter a new post from the dashboard, is there any possibility that it shares my post in the social media, like facebook etc.?
because when i make new updates i want it to be posted in the social media also.
any idea?
