Posts and pages don't show up in Menu creation

I am using Tracks Theme.
I have written and published 4posts with categories and tags. I can see the categories and tags. But I cannot see the posts under Menu creation.

Similarly I have written an AboutMe page and published it. But I cannot see it under Menu creation.
