Posts, and Categories not showing up

I have an issue with a site i am working on.
Everytime i go to the site none of the left side featured stories, or right side featured posts come up.
Everything is blank then when i log in everything is there…?
This just started happening.
Strange thing is is that when i log in to Admin and then log out the info appears… then if i login in again it disapears.
