Actually, emails are only sending if we use PHPmailer, but then our plugin “WooCommerce Send Emails” does not work with PHPmailer, so we need to be able to use PostSMTP. Thanks for your help.

There will be a line of code in the WP Config file that may be added by any other plugin. This needs to be removed and then the Wizard run again.

Take a backup of your wp-config file then do.
