Posting to Social Media taking a long time

    I have recently purchased the Pro version and I am very happy with its options and capabilities. However, I do have a concern. I have noticed that recently it is starting to take a very long time until I receive the Success status when clicking “post to all accounts”. Also, while it is posting to the media accounts, I have noticed that the resources of the website are extremely utilized and when trying to access the website it doesn’t load and once it loads it give the following message at the top of the page “Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet ….”.

    Appreciate your feedback on this.

  • Perhaps you have not enough your server/webserver or memory resources.
    One possible reason is that your PHP is out of memory or your WP Cron is broken.

    The most common reason for this is the amount of memory allowed for PHP on your server. Please check and make sure it’s not 32M or less. You need at least 64M, but if you have other plugins 128M or even 256M is recommended.

    Please note, it’s not related to the total physical memory amount of your server. Your server can have 48GB of memory yet still only 32MB could be allowed to PHP.

    Thank you for the feedback. I think the issue was that I am posting to 6 social media accounts in the same time (directly without Cron). I will try to configure the WP Cron and I think it will work better.
