    Hi @draftmancorp,

Were these characters put in the post excerpt? I think this is why, if they are in the post content they should work ok. Thanks,

These character are all in the post content.
In the GMB plugin I chose to publish [title] and [exerpt] because the post content is too long to publish in GMB.
This is a function like other. So I don’t understand why it convert the characters in ascii

    Hi @draftmancorp

The issue is with the excerpt stripping these characters. I don’t believe this is being done by our plugin. If you put the content in the post content it will work. I understand the issue you have with the post content being too long, but the only other alternative is putting the share message directly in the GMB metabox instead of using the shortcodes in the messages.

    Thanks,

You say to Manually copy/past An exerpt in the share box and remove the [exerpt] rule in the plugin setting?

    That’s correct. Thanks,

Ok, I’ll try, so, how can i perform a line break in the setting to get:

    [Post_title] line break.
    [exerpt] line break.
Other Line break Just for empty row.
    [site_name]

    Thanks

We can’t do line breaks unfortunately because of how the shortcode replacement works. I normally separate this data with dashes. Thanks,
