Posting to Facebook: requests ‘account reset’ persistently

I am seeing a red panel asking me to reconnect Jetpack to my Facebook page and t he switch is greyed out. Actually, two switches… I don’t know why.

I have been through the re-connect procedure a few times and have also disconnected and reconnected, but I can’t seem to throw this error situation. See screenshot.
