Posting to Facebook products already on site

Hi All

I love this plugin, however im trying to find a way to post products that are already loaded on wordpress.
I have a lot of products and i dont want to have to update each one manually in order to trigger the auto posting to facebook for each product. Is there a way to do this for all the products already on my site?
