Posting new ad in backend not working & payment question

    Hi,
    1. Im having trouble posting an ad from classifieds/add new. WYSIWIG text is in white and there is no options to upload images as per ad posting on front end.

    2. My team ad purchased 2 addons instead of the bundle and I would like to know if I can get a refund on those 2 plugin’s as I have purchased the bundle. I have emailed support without response so far. Invoice nr: 3056301

    Hi,
    1. can you paste a link to your page with [adverts_add] shortcode? The white text box indicates some kind of JavaScript error, i would need to take a look at it or while using Chrome you can click Ctrl + Shift + i this will open a developer console and show you an error which you can copy and paste here.

    Also, usually the errors in text editor are caused by some other plugins which modify the tinyMCE (by adding a button to it), if you have a plugin which does this you can try disabling it and see if it helps.

    2. yes, it is possible, i actually sent you an email (maybe it went into spam folder), i wanted to confirm that i am looking at correct addons as they were purchased using a different email than the one you sent in the message (the purchase email was developer@fo[..].za)

    Hi Greg,

    1. I found the culprit. The problem is that its the google analytics add-on. I don’t have many any other plugins besides wp-adverts, the add-ons & woocommerce. How can I fix this?

    1. do you have the Google Analytics add-on configured in wp-admin / Classifieds / Options / Google Analytics panel? If not then you will need to configure https://wpadverts.com/documentation/google-analytics-integration-paid-addon/ or disable it.
