• I thought I saw this somewhere but I cannot find it now. How do you post in pages other than the default? I think there is a default setting, but I don’t want to change that ever single time I post something.

  • You don’t really ‘post in pages’. But you can write a Post, categorize it, then use category type archives with the Category Widget to display access to those posts.

Also, look at using the Static front page feature in Administration > Settings > Reading

What if I want a page at the top called “Product Review” and then I want to be able to post mutliple posts in that page, just like I can post to the default page over and over. I can only type something in the page and not post under it. So does WP not support this? If it doesn’t then I think it would be a very nice feature to add in, and I can’t believe that it doesn’t already.

You are better off having a category called Product Review, then use the native category archiving ability to show those posts.

If you go with categories, you can create a page call Product Review then use this technique if you have a navigation menu of pages:
How to easily display links to both Pages and Categories in the blog navigation header?

Or if you have a theme that suuport the new menus you can add a category to the menu.
