    hey,
i have a question that is fairly straight-forwad and totally from the heart.

i am using my wordpress pages ( https://www.fringesf.com and https://www.mycho.com ) to post events that are forthcoming. i love the way the dates display on these themes, but when i edit the timestamp for when the event is schedules for, it doesn’t show up until after (as) it happens. yes i realizeit’s a bit of a hack.

    so.

is there anyway to make future-dated blog entries show up?

help me, obi-wan, you’re my only hope.

wow, actually that does not serve my purpose after all.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to do.

When you edit the date, you are manipulating when you “wrote” it, or when it will appear on your site.

If you would like to display the date of a future event, can’t you just include it in your post?

    very web 0.0 answer.

why don’t i just write down my informatino on a napkin and show it to everyone i see?

    thanks anyways.

One surefire way to not receive any help is to be rude to those trying to help. Apparently it’s not to important to you anyway, it took you 8 months to reply.
