Posting comments triggering cheater… message

Posting comments from the blog posts triggering cheater… messages as if it was direct access to the wp-comments-post.php (with option selected). Even admin privileged user cant comment. This is a big flaw. Latest version AVH First Defense Against Spam version 3.6.8. WP 4.0
