Posting Blog Posts To Multiple WordPress Sites

I have 3 WordPress sites that I would like to have link to one website, that would sort of act like a hub. All of my WP sites are on the same server but I have not made them a network, because I don’t know how to do that. Could anybody assist me in making my websites a network or, help me get a plugin that would let me do what I want without making my websites a network?
