    Hi,

    I have a post notification template & campaign and I’ve noticed that {{POSTIMAGE}} never shows up properly on the e-mails.

    On Outlook, there’s a broken image box the size of the picture and the image actually shows up under the broken image. In Gmail, nothing shows up at all.

    How do I fix this issue? The images are currently set to full size.

    Hi @jimmythumbtack,

    We have checked the issue on our end but could not replicate it.

    Can you please check if the featured image is visible in the preview of the sent post notification? You can find it from Email Subscribers –> Reports and then click on Preview of sent post notification report.

    Yeah, the preview comes out perfectly fine. The image does show up a little big in the preview though.

    Could it be that it’s too large and it could be fixed if I choose to display a thumbnail instead?

    Thanks for your response.

    Since the post’s featured image is visible in the preview, that indicates Email Subscriber is able to insert the image into the email content. Therefore there isn’t any issue with email content.

    We doubt whether a full-size image would cause any issue as the email itself only have the link to the image and not the image itself. Therefore it wouldn’t increase the email size. Also, we have tested it at our end both with full size and thumbnail image but could not see any issue with both.

    But yes you can try with the thumbnail image option and let us know if that resolves the issue.
