Postie Plugin is Working But nothing is getting posted on pages

    The postie function is critical to my website. I do not know exactly how it functions but it was working with the old site and php (7.1). It allows me to automatically post via email to one of three pages which my subscribers can then login and see in order. It has always worked but now it isn’t. When I do the diagnostics in Postie it says it is working but nothing gets posted to those pages. The Postie version is apparently up to date as well. I have updated PHP version to 7.3.

    Any help Well Appreciated

    How it can be fixed or any error is there kindly let me know.As my site functionality is stopped for now.

    Some people have had success switching to IMAP.

    You say it worked on your old site, does that mean this is a different site or the same site on a new server?

    Same site on same server only PHP version updated from 7.1 to 7.3. I am using POP3.
    When I do the diagnostics in Postie it says it is working but nothing gets posted to those pages.

    Try switching to IMAP

    I have changed to IMAP. But now the dashboard that the posts I sent via email are going to the website but they are listed as “posts” with permalinks, the contents are not being copied to the report-alerts pages – so they are being retrieved but not processed correctly.

    What can i do so it is processed in Relevant pages?

    Switching to IMAP doesn’t affect how the messages are processed. I’d look at the other Postie settings to make sure they didn’t get accidentally changed.

    I have checked on FAQ and it is said wp cron can effect the sending of message ? Shall i check that.

    All settings are same as per the installation instruction

    Postie doesn’t send messages, so I’m not sure what you are referring to. If wp-cron isn’t working then Postie won’t work at all. In any case wp-cron doesn’t have any affect on the issue you’re describing.

    Postie post to the pages by subject line. I have created 3 Report Alert pages. Can it be possible in Postie? Can it be based on Subject Line of my email it gets posted in 3 Report Alert pages? Through email, it posts on postie

    I’m not completely sure what you are asking.
    Do you want specific posts to show up on a specific page?
