Postie doesn't get email automatically but runs fine manually

I’m having an issue with postie plugin. It seems to be working fine when I run it manually, but it wouldnt get the emails automatically.
I looked up the guide about this, also almost the whole forum but i havent found a fix for this.I dont know anything about cronjobs so I dont even know if they are working as intended. Here’s the code is used in cpanel (i used both because i dont know whats the difference). Is this alright?
/usr/bin/lynx –source https://home/vkzzeuhk/public_html/tradecommands.com/wp-cron.php >/dev/null 2>&1
/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null https://home/vkzzeuhk/public_html/tradecommands.com/wp-cron.php >/dev/null 2>&1
Both of them is set to once per minute.
Please help I’m totally stuck!
