Posthaste still showing even when deactivated

I played around with the options of showing posthaste in certain categories. Namely, I tried two categories, and after setting the settings back to Front Page, and even after deactivating the plugin, I’m still seeing posthaste displayed on the two categories I had set it to. How can I remove this code from these categories?
