    Whenever a comment is made in a certain post, I see few mails stuck in mail queue and never delivered. I guess few people (4) opted-in to receiving mails whenever a comment is made.

    How can I solve this problem? The system tries to send this mail every x time I guess. I see lots of fails related to postfix in syslog file which probably overloads the server.

    Hi @radorp2p,

    This probably comes from your mail delivery system. If you use some plugin for this you should contact the plugin support or your hosting support.

    I don’t use any specific plugin. I’ve checked out the mail ID, it is PHPMailer which probably comes with wordpress itself. I don’t know how to fix it really now, it is unmanaged hosting.

    Or how can I delete / disable subscription of these emails so that they will be not sent again?

    @radorp2p,

    We may suggest you remove the subscription in wp_wc_comments_subscription table in Website Hosting Service cPanel > PhpMyAdmin database manager.

    If you never do it before, or you’re not familiar with the DB structure we don’t recommend you to do it. You may crash your website.
