• In addition to the extended view plugin turning itself off randomly for over a year, now – since the latest WordPress update – posterboard view is all jumbled. I also tested it with all other plugins off and in an incognito window. Please advise. Thank you.

  • I’m having that same problem with the jumbled view, no poster board which is why I purchased the plugin. It must be time to start looking for another event displayer???

I had the same issue. Go to your plugins and activate “Extended Views”. For some reason, after certain WordPress or plugin updates the “Extended Views” plugin is disabled by default.

We did that but now the view is all jumbled and garbled…

Thanks @soapm – yes, @dv8_mkd that’s exactly what happened. Plugin deactivated and now, after updating and activating, it’s a jumbled mess.

Between WordPress and Divi, these are some pretty big updates. It’s not uncommon for it to break something. Hopefully, the developer will respond soon.

Yes, sorry, that happened to me too. What I did was I installed “WP Rollback” plugin and then rolled back the main “All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly” plugin to version 2.5.43. THEN I updated the plugin. Now everything works just like before. I don’t know why we have to go through these hoops after an update.

Thanks @dv8_mkd I hope to not have to go through all that. Hopefully, the developer will chime in that it’s fixed and a simple, straight update will do it. But, if not, I’ll give that a try on Monday. Thanks for your insight.

Because I had to switch it from posterboard to agenda so the community could access the events, here’s a screen video of the jumble: https://www.screencast.com/t/wBf9Cq3IUaN

In the theme options, I set poster board back to default and now my site is working again. It would be nice if we could get some support for this paid plugin???

The sad part is I did a screenshot before resetting to default and nothing on that page had been changed???

Thanks @soapm that didn’t work for me. Hopefully, the developer will jump in soon.

I also got this response from the ticket I opened, perhaps you can give it a try…

If a CSS issue happens after an upgrade or similar, the solution is simple:

    1. Please go to WP Dashboard -> Events -> Calendar Theme and activate a different calendar theme. Then return to your original calendar theme and activate it.
    2. Or go to WP Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options, this regenerates the CSS.

    That did it! Thanks @soapm

I had the same issue as @ursecretweapon. It took a few rounds of going through the steps to resolve the problem.

    That did it! Thanks @soapm
