Poster Image Not Showing

@shadmankhan0009 Hello there. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Could you please try installing this current development version of the plugin to confirm the fix we plan to implement?

1. Click on this plugin link to download as a ZIP file
2. Upload it to your WordPress site and activate it there by following these steps:
– Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin > Choose file > Install Now > Replace Current with Uploaded (here is an example screenshot)

We plan on releasing an update shortly with this fix if it works as intended.

@shadmankhan0009 We’ve recently released an updated version of the Web Stories plugin (v1.23.2) which includes the fix mentioned above. Please update to the new version and confirm if the issue has been resolved on your end as well. Thank you!

I installed v1.23.2, and it’s still not working. Plus, since this issue started happening, my traffic to web stories has gone from 600 sessions a day to 3. Is this linked?

Actually, I tried publishing a story now, and the thumbnail gets generated. The issue is with old stories. Is there a way to regenerate thumbnails for old stories that got broken due to this bug?
