poster image is not showing in web stories

  • Hello @cookie121 and thanks for reaching out. I can see that you are using Jetpack on your website. Are you using the Jetpack CDN as part of this?

    If possible would you be able to temporarily disable the Jetpack plugin on your site and check if that makes any difference to how the stories display on your page?

    If it makes no difference could you please provide your Site Health information or You can share privately if you prefer via this form.

    yes , now its showing after deactivate Jetpack CDN .

    @cookie121 thanks for trying this and confirming. I can also see that all story images are now showing.

    This indicates that there is either an issue with the CDN settings or a conflict somewhere with the Jetpack CDN.
