Posted TOS and Privacy Policy but not visible in theme's menu

Hi,

Thank you for creating Legull plugin that saved me efforts to manage the TOS and Privacy Policy.

My earlier experience with Legull plugin is that it works as soon as I hit the “Publish Terms” button. Using the latest Version 1.2.2, I don’t see the pages got published. I could see the pages are created under /legal/xxx

I’ve experimented by changing multiple themes, apparently these Legull generated pages wouldn’t appear in theme’s menu for some reasons.

I’ve also tried to “flush the permalink database” by updating the permalink settings. Nothing works for me.

Do you have any idea how to allow the theme’s menu to pick up these pages? Preferably “automatically” pick up. I’m not certain if this is a bug from Legull or theme, my input is that both probably aren’t compatible to work with each other.
