Posted share title is "sloppy"

I am using Really Simple Share 3.2. Functionally all is well. However, when I use the share button to post a share on Facebook and Twitter (the only ones I share on), the shared post title shows the original post title plus my blog’s site name, with the site name twice. For instance, my site name is “Footprints of my Mind”. The post I’m sharing is “Waikiki Traffic”. The resulting shared post on Facebook ends up with a title of “Waikiki Post Footprints of my Mind Footprints of my Mind”, and it tends to reflect my blog as being sloppy. Where does the plugin source the blog name and why twice? How can I turn off the double blog name?
