Postcode specific delivery cost

    I currently have 2 delivery areas set up – Mainland UK and Highlands and Islands.

    Mainland UK covers the majority of locations. However, if at the checkout page, a customer enters a postcode that I have set as Highlands and islands, the delivery charge reverts to that.

    I have added your plugin to allow me to offer a cheaper delivery price to mainland UK for weights under 1kg.

    Currently though, the plugin adds this price to highlands and islands as well.

    Is there a way to only have the Weight calculation applied to Mainland UK?
