Postcode only works in uppercase

    Hi,

    We have noticed that visitors to our site keep choosing collection as an option.

    We have tested this and it seems that if they enter their postcode in lowercase it does not calculate the cost of postage. But when we change to upper case this works fine.

    Can you help
