    Hi,

    The plugin neatly creates packing slips and invoices for us. Only the postcode is placed under the city name. In the checkout process, the zip code is neatly above the city name, so that cannot be the fault.

    How can I adjust this?

    Greetings

    Hi @kellylouwen,

    The way the address is formatted depends on the billing country. Since you have a Dutch site I’m assuming most of your orders will be from Dutch customers. WooCommerce formats the postcode before the city on one line, by default for Dutch addresses.

    'NL' => "{company}\n{name}\n{address_1}\n{address_2}\n{postcode} {city}\n{country}"

    So the fact that this is not the case for you indicates there is a third party plugin (or some custom code) that filters your address format. Do you have any plugins activated that customize your checkout?

    That’s a quick answer! Yes I use the Checkout Fields wordpress plugin. Do you think that’s causing the problem? I did not specify the order there.

    You can check if that plugin is the culprit here by disabling it and create a test order. If this is the case, I would suggest reaching out to their support team to see how you can customize your checkout but still keep the default Dutch address format.

    Thank you! Indeed, it was the Checkout Fields plugin.
