POSTCODE IS NOT VALID

  • Hi,

    Unfortunately this error comes up often and my customers aren’t able to place orders. I have checked the postcode that customer was entering and it is in fact valid. also, got again ‘dhl locations’ error from a customer in UK where I ship- I had multiple customers place orders from Uk so far, yet some can’t. Any ideas?
