    Hello,

Our website was accepting 0000 previously for countries which has no postal code in their address for our customer, however recently it is not allowing. There was a plugin update so I’m thinking it might be related. Is there anything in the setting that need to be changed?

After that this is the first issue we encountered.

    Hi mate,

Thank you for updating your ticket.

To better understand the issue, could you please send us a screencast showing the behavior of your site with our plugin active when entering the value “0000” in the conflicting field? This will help us investigate further and provide a more accurate solution.

You can use the tool https://www.loom.com to easily capture and share the screencast here.

    Hi mate, ok,

Could you please provide us with a example – specific location (state/province/city -) that does not require or have a postal code? This will help us replicate the purchase process and ensure we configure the WooCommerce settings correctly.

    Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team.

usually we have customers from UAE that do not have postal codes, previously customers were able to fill in as “0000” however recently it will not allow.

Kindly check and confirm. At the moment due to this issue, we have made it optional for our customers to provide postal codes.
