    Hello,

    Basically, when i don’t have inserted my postal code into the fieldbox, it appears the following error: “A shipping method has not been selected. Please confirm your address, or contact us if you need help.”

    After that, i add the postal code, my page does refresh and continues appearing the message above as i said. If i press checkout button, this message disapperar.

    I’m using flexible shipping version free to set the weights like this example:

    Can be some problem related to my configuration?

    Hi @costasergio,

    The issue you are experiencing is most likely related to your checkout/theme settings, not the plugin itself. It also might be a caching issue.

    Please check if the issue persists on Storefront theme. If yes, verify the checkout settings.

    Hello again,

    Sorry for the delay about this issue. I’m reopening the case, because the situation is a little strange.

    I have already cleared the cache, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
    I have also tried to switch to Storefront theme, only to encounter the same issue.

    Could you please guide me on which checkout settings I should review? This error appeared during updates to WordPress, Theme and WooCommerce. This is the first time we’ve encountered something like this.

    I have communicated with WooCommerce support, but they haven’t been able to replicate the problem. I’ve tested with different postal codes, and the error has appeared at least once.

    I’m hoping to receive some suggestions to tackle this perplexing issue.
