Post Won't Publish

  • Created a new post no problem. Went to publish it and my web browser is saying “Internet explorer cannot display the webpage” Tried using different browsers and got same response. URL after I try publishing is https://mysite/wp-admin/post.php (there’s no error message)
    Called my hosting account and they said everything looked good on their end.
    1. I disabled all my plugins and tried publishing the post and it still didn’t work
    2. I changed back to the default theme and tried publishing and that didn’t work.
    3. I tried to reset my plugins folder via FTP and that didn’t help either.
    I’m stuck!!!! I’ve never had this problem in 5 years of blogging. I guess I’m still a newb :/ Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

    I didn’t have error logs activated grrrr… so I just activated them. He did test the server and it’s fine though. Also they said my hosting server was outdated so I’m upgrading to a grid server. If this doesn’t help I’ll be back and maybe I’ll have some error codes to share.
