POST ?wc-ajax=xoo_wsc_add_to_cart 500 Error

Hi support,

I’m currently running the premium version of the Woocommerce Side Cart-plugin. On single page products, I get the following console error, and as a result the mini-cart is not updated:

POST https://thefablekids.nl/?wc-ajax=xoo_wsc_add_to_cart 500

In 90% of the cases add-to-cart button does not work and results in the above error, in some cases it does work. The error only happens when adding products from the single product page, not from category/archive pages. I have no clue what causes this error, or what it means really.

Please advice, what might cause this issue?

I’ve tried the following on my staging environment:
– disabled caching plugins (already disabled on staging)
– disabled product related plugins (extra product options, bundle plugins)
– disabled less likely plugins like yoast seo, lazy load, etc.

Do you have any thoughts?
