Post visual editor blank

When SAM is activated, the Post visual editor is blank. The text editor shows up just fine.
When I deactivate SAM, the post visual editor returns to normal.
I’m using Genesis 2.1.2 with the Magazine Pro 3.1 Genesis Child Theme.
SAM version is 2.7.99
