Post Views count does not work anymore

    Hello,

    Since a few days the Most viewed last week is not correct any more. I use the plugin on https://www.klazienaveen24.nl. On the right, under “Meest gelezen deze week” is a list of top 10 most viewed in the last 7 days. The postcounter does not count correct any more. The most viewed is the one on top with 7 views according to WPP and the second has 6 views according to WPP. But the second one has over 1400 views and the one on top has 90 views.

    Two days ago i delete the plugin and installed it again because i had the same error. After the new installation the counting was okay, until 7/6 views as it is now, and then it stopped counting.

    Hi Lammert!

    I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Can you please share a few screenshots explaining what’s going on?

    Edit: on a side note, it seems somehow you managed to move WPP’s AJAX script to the footer of your site. Please, don’t. WPP places it at the top of your page for a good reason.

    I’m sorry, but i don’t understand. I did not move WPP’s AJAX script. I just installed it again because it did not work anymore. The counts are not wright. It counts 6 where there are over 1.400 views.

    If you didn’t move it, then either your theme or one of your plugins did ??

    Since it’s been over 2 weeks since OP’s last response, I’m assuming he’s managed to sort the issue by himself and so I’m marking this as resolved.

    Lammert, if you still need help with this please let me know. Make sure you also provide further info about the issue, otherwise I won’t be able to help.
