Post via Email /Multiple Admins

I’m setting up an emergency page at:
kpnw-alerts.org
Basically, there are 32 users
I set them all up as Admin so the could post via email.

I’m setting up separate gmail accounts with the generated usernames.

However, each time I log in with a new admin user to set up the Post to Email, the last user’s generated email is listed.

So, the email addresses aren’t “sticking” to the different users.

So when I test a post from gmail, nothing goes thru, because the email address isn’t linked to the correct admin user.

Is it possible to add the emails in the database directly using myPhpadmin?
