Post updates not being sent (not triggered) – but cron works

  • I have two post update newsletters set up and since I have upgraded from Mailpoet to Mailpoet (New) they are not being sent.

    I can confirm that the email is setup correctly (test works) and the cron works successfully (got pong response in System Status > Task Scheduler test and connected successfully).

    I have tried using the normal cron and also the plugin’s task scheduler to no avail. Any tips from where I can start troubleshooting this issue please?
