Post under a different page

  • Sorry if this has been answered but I couldn’t seem to find it. I am brand new to this and I am trying to create posts under a sub page on my site. I want them to also update on my home page but it only posts there.

    How can I post to a secondary page and have it automatically update on the home page?

  • WordPress automatically displays your most recent posts on the front page. It will also display posts on a per-category basis and a date basis (known as archives). Both category and archive pages are usually sub-pages.

    Right. Maybe I didn’t explain myself well. What I can’t seem to figure out is how to post on individual pages. I like that it shows all the recent updates but how do I post different things on different pages? Right now I can only seem to get the home page and one other page to do this.

    I am sure I am just not doing something properly.

    You can’t post to specific pages in WordPress.
