"Post types cannot exceed 20 characters in length" ERROR

  • Hello,
    After I updated to wordpress 4.0 today I now get this error everywhere: “Notice: register_post_type was called incorrectly. Post types cannot exceed 20 characters in length Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 4.0.) in /home/joellepo/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3370”

    I’m having lots of trouble logging in too….

    when I do log in I just get a page of the above error and nothing else…

    I can’t change the post that is causing the error as when I log in all I get is a page with that error… is there any easy way to downgrade?
