Post Type Switcher – Post Status Inherit

Just installed the plugin and appears to have switched some posts over to a custom post type fine in the dashboard – however am unable to query them using query_posts() in a custom function unless i set the post status to “any” or “inherit”.
Has any one else had similar issue?
