Post Type Switcher breaks edit view for contributors

This plugins works fine for admins, but it is causing problem for contributors when they send their post into ‘Pending review’ status. The layout breaks as shown in this screenshot (tested in Firefox and IE). When it is reverted to draft the issue remains.
