Post toolbar and bbp quicktags toolbar

Now in my forum I have the two toolbars – post toolbar and bbp quicktags toolbar:

How I can remove the bbp quicktags toolbar and keep only the post toolbar?

And other thing … How I can remove help button on post toolbar?
