Post to social pages by category?

Right now I’ve got one FB page, one Twitter page, one G+ page, that SNAP posts all my posts to.

I have about 20 different categories on my site, all getting busier by the day.

I would love to make individual FB/Twitter/G+ pages for each category – and be able to auto-post each post to both the main social page and to the page set up for the category it’s in.

Then people could follow all my posts – or just the posts in the category they are interested in.

Is there any way I can do this with SNAP?
