post to pages

    i’m completely new to this whole wordpress thing. i just set up a site hosted on bluehost and am using the mantra template.

    i set up a bunch of categories which are the same names to the pages i added. i guess i assumed that if i created a post and marked it to be a certain category, that it would automatically show on the home page and under the page with the same category name.

    how do i get it to do that?
