POST to different url?

Hello, I am so pleased that I stumbled upon HTML Forms. My requirement is to embed a small HTML form that POSTs to an external secure URL for payment processing.
<form method=”post” https://demo.transact.nab.com.au/live/hpp/payment>
Is there a way to modify HTML Forms so that I uses this method? I only have the 1 form.
