Post to different social networks depending on Post Category.

I have a client that asked if it’s possible to have posts with 1 category automatically posted to FB, Twitter and Linkedin while posts in another category only get posted to FB and Twitter. I normally just code the auto posting into my theme and it has worked well, but have never encountered this problem before. Is there a way to do this or a plugin that has this ability? Thanks for any ideas.
