Post Titles not displaying below header

    Hi, I am having difficulty getting the titles of my blog posts to appear BELOW the header image, while the header image still shows. These are my settings:

    THEME OPTIONS > BLOG OPTIONS:
    – Show the post title in head by default – OFF
    – Show the post title below the header – ON

    EDIT BLOG PAGE > PAGE TITLE AND SUBTITLE:
    – Hide Page Title – SHOW
    – Page Title background behind Header – DON’T PLACE BEHIND HEADER

    Here is my homepage: iamallmelanin.party – as you can see, the “Latest Posts” are no longer showing, for some reason

    Here is my blogpage: iamallmelanin.party/blog – as you can see, the header is only partially showing.

    Here is one of my posts: https://iamallmelanin.party/2017/01/29/6-reasons-we-still-need-black-history-month/ – as you can see, post title is showing in the header, not below it.

  • 1. I’m seeing latest posts display on this page:

    2. I recall that you wanted to hide the header on your site, so I gave you a piece of CSS that assigned a display of NONE to .pageheader.
    Does the header look correct when this CSS is removed? I can make the code page specific if need be.

    3. The post is also related to the CSS that I’m referring to. I think that it would be best if we remove that CSS entirely, and we figure out a different way to handle the page headers.

    Once the CSS is removed, let me know in detail how you’d like the headers to look and I’ll do my best to assist you.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks so much for your help, I truly appreciate! I actually switched themes, I’m using Ascend, which was much easier for me, it was more what I was looking for than Pinnacle, so I needed less customization.

    Anyways Kadence themes and support never disappoint!
