Post Title Links To External Site But Still Needs Option To View Post On My Site

I tried to do a search, but didn’t see anything that really answered my question.

I’ve got the Page Links To plugin installed on my site, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to view the post on its own. That is, on my homepage, if I click the link for the post name, it redirects to the external page.

I want to have an option for people to still view the post on my own site. Kind of like you see here at Marco Arment’s blog: .

Is there a plugin that does this, or am I going to have to get into my theme’s files to try to make this happen?
