Post Title link to external url

I’ve searched the topic many many times but have not found a good answer yet. I need the ability to create a new post and have the title link to an external url. For example, say I create a post with the title of “Google” and the body of the entry is just a paragraph describing the search engine. I want the post tile “Google” to link to https://www.google.com.

I’ve tried this plugin which works ok except it breaks the comments link, so I can’t use it:

I’ve also heard of some people achieving what I want to do by using the Custom Fields area but I have no idea what to enter. Please, any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
